This is a challenging topic for sure. Complex overlapping issues may be at play. I cannot say for sure what the issue is. My best guesses:

1) I am sure that the delightful sounding Giulia is a demure and selective lady with many admirers. Indeed, Damo may just need to do more to capture her attention (see 2)
2) As we all know, Damo is a sophisticated polymath, master of repartee, and deep meaningful discussion. Evidenced via these fine pages daily. Twitter/X is not a platform to truly showcase the wonders of Damo's knowledge and charismatic chat. Here I feel encouraging Giulia to view his work on GOT would help address the above.
3) I may have misread the situation and said enchantress may merely be shy. Potentially intimidated by the sliver of the true Damo that shines through on a limited platform like Twitter.

That's all I've got. Insights from our fellow posters welcomed.
