I got onto it when I was training for a half marathon a few years ago, alot of the folks I ran with went for porridge before a distance run and I'd mentioned I just couldn't do warm milk. That's an awful lot of sugar!The big spoon what ever there called. Maybe called a desert spoon? I may need a thread to explain the different spoons.
