Would you classify Dogs and Pulp Gangster films? Dogs is about a heist, and Pulp is about Hitmen and robbers.

Godfather, Goodfellas, Carlitos Way for mine, with Scarface running up.

Jimmy Cagney would be turning in his grave, and great call on Millers. Truly underrated.

Well, I guess this should be best Mob/Mafia movie thread then. I consider Dogs and Pulp Fiction both modern day gangster movies, just not about the typical mafia/mob connection.

I'd class them as gangster films, both featured gangsters. they were a part of a gang in dogs and travolta & sammy jackson were in a gang in pulp as well. Its best gangster films not best mafia films
