Yes, but Cesc is the best player AT THIS MOMENT. Sure Messi and Kaka have won more and [Poor language removed]. But right now Fabregas is the bollocks.

Yeh Fabregas is no where near being the best player in the world.

Ronaldo
Ronaldinho
Henry
Messi
Kaka

If I had to start a team right now with one player, it would be a toss up between Kaka and Messi.

Fabregas is ace to be sure but I've seen Kaka completely control matches and Messi toy with his defenders for fun.

Fabregas has obvious technical ability and few weaknesses to his game, but from a purists point of view we all want to see goals like this.

So Messi is king at the moment. Reminds me of the thread I started last week about when players peek. Here we are talking about two teenagers as being the best player in the world.

I would like to nominate Iniesta as well as I think he's a fantastic player.

Two interesting things to note. Firstly with Iniesta, Fabregas and Xavi in midfield it's not surprising Arteta doesn't get a nod.

Secondly, it's interesting to note that in both of the previous two clips you have short players (Messi and Iniesta) both dribbling past players without getting knocked off the ball. Take note master Osman.

Iniesta couldn't carry Arteta's jock.
