Remember working in a Toby Carvery about 20 years back and after work one night the Staff were having their usual drink after work and we got round to discussing the Titanic film and the Pot Washer turned round and said "oh, it's a true story then?"
That's pot washers for you! lol

Our old pot washer at Wetherspoons used to eat food off the plates that came back in that customers didn't finish!!!

I love custard and at the end of the night the Chef used to let me lick out his Bain Marie with the custard dregs in,

Oh did he now.

The Usual Suspects, not because of the twist I saw coming, but because of the way they put together many of the hints at the end of the film. No one had ever done anything like that before in cinema.

Memento also stands out from the rest because of the way the narrative is constructed. It puts the viewer in the main character's shoes in a way that would otherwise be impossible.
