They shouldn't. The problem isn't with Thelwell or the scouts. Tey identify goo targets and try and make deals happen.

It's with the people in charge that have got the club into a financial mess, meaning we miss out on so many targets because not many clubs are willing to accept a quid now and the rest in 2056.
