We also change the management, coaching staff and therefore the culture of the club every few months. You can't keep ripping everything up and trying to start again. New managers unable to bring in new players because we have players from the last several managers with several years on their contracts. It's bonkers. This season I think we'll see the fruits of our labours and finally go.
