For the fee reported, buttons less than his release, this lad should have been in a month ago. We tried for him in Jan, so he's no new target.
Negligent.
Boils my pee. Dyche will get the blame but we sold Gordon and Richarlison and haven’t utilized either of those fees on anything meaningful. And now they cave after we drop two very winnable games and capitulate away from home. DisgracefulFor the fee reported, buttons less than his release, this lad should have been in a month ago. It doesn’t matter what Everton decides because with our luck he will injure his testicle and be out til January. At least Everton have decided to hope he can get us out of trouble now, and not Jan I guess
Maybe he wouldn't have joined a month ago? He was linked with big Italian clubs like Napoli and Inter as options for them so maybe player and agent were keeping options open. Also we were never going to be able to pay the release in a oner. So maybe now is the only point where player and club have started considering our advances. For the fee reported, buttons less than his release, this lad should have been in a month ago. Maybe, but I think it’s all the more likely that we are just miserly and tried to cheese it until it was absolutely necessary.Maybe he wouldn't have joined a month ago?
