That Everton gig is a very tough one for any striker. Needs time but I'd have even a desperately out of form Calvert-Lewin starting ahead of him.
From what I've seen - he doesn't have the discipline for that role - it's why he can't play in a two either, IMO.

seems to get kidded into making stupid fouls , the pair of them aren’t good enough to be our starting striker next season
Or did we stop creating chances because he came on? I didnt see any time where he was running into space or trying to press high up the pitch. Just came on for 30 mins of cardio.
Calvert Lewin can't hit a barn door at the moment but at least contributes quite a lot to Dyche's style of play. This lad is just a walking foul, as much as I want to love him.
Pretty sure for Udinese he never played up front on his own? Thought it was always in a 2.

We are making it tough for them though. Super Kev said it on comms, the difference between Villa and us was balls up to Watkins and he immediately had support around him but when the ball goes up to Dom the support just isn't there and that comes back to the tactics, which again at times today were far, far too narrow imo. Our final third/box play really is just dire at times.
