Convinced we lock all new promising players in a dark room and psychologically reprogram them so they forget they are a footballer whilst only feeding them brown un-buttered toast so they get progressively less athletic. Would love to see what Rodri would be like after a month at Finch Farm.

We do buy lots of crap, but even when we buy decent we are guaranteed to chip away at their ability and confidence demand they become crap. This one has been done in record time. Even had his own segment on Match of the Day saying he looked raw but the real deal. Dom has retained some ability by spending more time in an offsite cryochamber and spending his own cash to train in Germany, well away from FF. No wonder Mina used to travel half way round the world to help him with injuries rather than risk a week in the cell of despair.

Utterly appalling and hilarious football club.

He was never a good footballer. He only got around 10 goals a season in serie A which has about 5 actually good sides and the rest wouldn’t even be championship standard. Seems like a mega panic buy. He can’t control. He can’t pass. He can’t shoot at all. I mean his attempts are genuinely pathetic for a professional; he swiped himself of his own feet today and let’s not forget the sitter he missed at Brentford when he dragged it across the goal. He can’t even head the ball. Terrible signing.

He can though, he's played 3 games.

Probably a bit too early to deem him as a terrible signing. He’s definitely ‘raw’. Signs so far don’t look good though.

So has the premier league..............the rest are poor
