Big Dunc memories

great watching all those clips (again), given that our current #1 CF has been slightly gash for some time maybe OP is yearning for a bit of the big man's mettle up front. Jelavic was bouncing off Stoke's big boys and I feel it will be much of the same against Caulker / Dawson or whoever Spurs play at the back .. just wish Vic would develop bigger ones as he has the attributes to out himself about a lot more.

Remember when he first came with Durrant on loan from Rangers, remember watching him in the derby not long after Big Joe took over knew on that showing alone we had am absolute beast on our hands. Many remember him in his latter years but before he had his injuries he was simply unplayable, talk about your Crouch's, Carrols, Girouds etc and strikers of that style - couldnt lace Big Duncs boots in his prime.

Damn right, Big Dunc 1994-96, one of the top 5 strikers in the Premiership.

I remember being upset on his last game when we drew 2-2 with West Brom, he first missed then penalty then scored the rebound.
