You suggest 'world class CEOs from top to bottom. I presume you mean one world class CEO. So describe to me the sort of person you mean, with examples.'World class CEOs' tend to work in industry or finance, and certainly not in football. Name me one CEO in football who could get the top job with Shell. Microsoft, Amazon or any other leading world company. Strangeley enough, when our CEO Ms Baxendale got the Everton job, although it was in house, she had been hunted by some of the worlds top companies, because she is very good at her job. Name me a couple of football club owners who are better qualified or experienced than the Usmanov/Kenwright/Moshiri axis. The fact is that Everton have good people at the helm, its just on the pitch that we need to get it together.
Ok you are right my wording was wrong one world class ceo and world class operators who are trying to win from top to bottom. For me that doesn't even mean they need to have experience in a global business but they are able to modernise the business to help us compete. Look at Leicester their recruitment and organisation is streamlined and they do things in a way that allows them to compete with the big six. But since you are asking for an example the Liverpool chief executive.

Peter Moore.

"Since replacing Ian Ayre as CEO of Liverpool FC in the Summer of 2017, he has been an influential figure in his job and appears to be doing his utmost for his beloved LFC. Born a Liverpudlian, he moved to the US to make his millions. On the back of gaining a bachelor’s degree from Keele, he flew across the pond to work on a master’s degree at California State University. His success at global businesses, such as Reebok, Sega, Microsoft and Electronic Arts."

Steve name these world top companies who have head hunted Ms Baxendale and the position they wanted her for.

If he has any honour he would resign.
He has the infamous distinction of being on the board when we will have had not one but 2 kopite gobshites in our dugout.

Absolutely disgusting.
Completely ignoring they came in after he sold his shares, when we were lucky to have him as majority share holder things were calm and heading the right way, but let's ignore that for outdated agendas.

Definitely step aside and brands if part of his remit was to oversea the managerial change
Hopfully he dosent, I dont think he will but it's a worry the direction this club is going, and there is little he can do, but that was always the risk on selling and bringing someone else in.
