It's a proper little personality cult that Kenwight has going for him with some of our fans. He's above criticism to some.

It's all very odd, at no other club is a chairman so immune from even some mild criticism that seems to upset Bill and his acolytes. The perfectly vaild anger that some now feel towards him would never of got to this point had the man ever, even once been held to account for his failings.

His laughable attention seeking behaviour displayed last night at Goodison perfectly sums him up. When anything goes well or somthing positive happens you can guarantee that Kenwright will be on the scene, front and centre desperately hoping to bask in the glory of it all and hog the limelight. But whenever things are grim, he does his little disappearing act and is nowhere to be seen, or he crys off with a sob story that is conveniently "leaked out" for everyone to see.

The bumbling, old fool even managed to interrupt Coleman’s television interview after the 4-0 win over Man Utd. All to make sure he gets his pie head in front of the camera when the going is good.

Club Chairman in celebrating some success coming into the club shocker, no criticism I see for Moshiri being on the pitch too or for Silva and Brands being there either. Not a Kenwright fanboy by any means but the behavior of some of you lot is downright embarrassing, yes he should have sold up a lot earlier, retired once Moshiri came in and yes we've had two failed stadium projects under him but what has he actually done wrong here in wanting to celebrate with one of the best U23 squads we've had in a long while?

Both clubs were under the control of Peter Johnson at the time. It was reported by various media bodies that the transfer fee was worth £3.3 million, a record fee for a goalkeeper. However Tramere Rovers' officially sanctioned Complete Record book states that this a myth and that the deal "was based on staged payments depending upon appearances, Everton's future success and international caps, none of which came" and that "Rovers never saw anymore than the initial £1m down payment."

And that is exactly how I remember the transfer deal at the time.

I blame Moshiri's expected loss quote firmly on Bill's toes, if Moshiri stays around that pleb for any longer he is going to become Bill himself, got to get him out and quick.

I have never met Bill, so can't offer any insights on any personality flaws, other faults, or anything particularly detrimental about him. His time has been fatally influenced by the big money takeover of our game which has proven way beyond his financial capabilities. He was never able to compete financially which is why we are where we are, trying to row a boat against the current and falling further behind the elite.

But that is the fundamental issue with him. He has known this for many, many years yet it's only fairly recently that he chose to do something about it in terms of bringing in Moshiri. If he really was the true Evertonian he makes out he would have moved aside years ago but it's always just been about his ego as seen by his little stunt last night.
