Thought he was chairman for 18yr personally. He is also not responsible for the Moshiri era, that's down to Farhad. Tried to move us to Kirkby, yeh so did 52% of the fanbase.
Why would he budge over Lard arse, he was probably instrumental in nudging him aside when the time come
Also if you are claiming its 30yrs then doesnt the 95 cup win fall into that ?
OOOHHH! Whoopy flippin' do! One whole cup win in 30 years. ONE! Let that sink in .You are still defending this dead albatross hanging around the neck of this, once, great club.
Everton board members receive the second largest pay deals in the whole of the Premier. I have no idea if the numbers on our Board are greater or lesser than other clubs. What I do know is, in that 30 years of major success at home and abroad, Everton have achieved the equivalent of three fifths of sod all while all clubs around us during this time have had far greater success.

Answer me this, just how many trophies have other clubs attained? I think, though again I am not certain and I can't be bothered to check, but since this incredible record of one cup win in 30 years, every team in the EPL and the EFL have won a trophy.
Let us also include the dances with relegation during this period.'94 obvs, 96 but thanks to an admin louse up at Boro we had a reprieve, 98 obvs, was rolling that way in 02, and then again in 04 I think it was. WOW! Really something to tell our grandchildren.

Second highest pay in the Premier for the totally worst run club.

Doing his homework to show to teacher when next term starts.

Dopey enough.

He didn't become chair till 2004 and was minority shareholder till 1999. The fact you and the rest of ur cohorts want to blame him for years he wasn't in control shows that the witch hunt is led by fools or people with an agenda.
The club was well run from 1999 till Moshiri took over. Did we win anything, no. Does that mean it wasn't well run, again no.
I would much rather a Kenwright rub club than the joke/nightmare of the last 5 years

I wont even begin to defend the running of the club under Moshiri, but to imagine, even for a moment with a mountain of atrocious decisions against him, that Bill has been a success.
Do not for a moment think you know me or indeed anything about me, for I do not have an agenda against Bill, nor am I on witch hunt, I am only concerned with the truth. The truth being that I will not be a supporter of anything which wishes to perpetuate imperfection.
Instead of saying which regime is worse, the Bill or the Farhad one, I ask a very simple question, are either 'Fit For Purpose'?

A favour to ask if you please, do not assume I am a 'fool' because my opinion differs from yours.

Please tell me how ? Three failed ground moves , kings dock lies, tried to move us to Kirkby, didn’t sell to mansours as he didn’t want too, refused to budge aside even when Benitez was appointed he was so outraged apparently, and is the longest serving chairman in our history to not deliver one single trophy in nearly 30 years . Am I missing something
Yes mate you are
He’s a liar

I am going to assume you are fool when you insert a word I did not use. I never said his era was a 'Success', I said it was well run.
He came into a millionaires playground as it entered a billionaires playground yet we still regularly punched above our weight, will grant you Moyes did a lot of heavy lifting but Bill supported him as best as we could. The club is in a complete mess and instead of fans focusing on the guy who owns and makes the final decisions , we have this bizarre witch hunt to a chairman who has BEEN ASKED by Farhad to do a role

Interesting!

The word you did not use just happened to show up on my screen.
The second line in your post I was replying to reads, and I quote; 'the witch hunt is led by FOOLS or people with am agenda'.

As I wrote, Interesting!
More to the point though, never once did I claim you made a a statement relating to his era being a success so how you reach such a conclusion is make believe.
Furthermore, it wasn't a success at all, as all record books will verify.

Lastly, enjoy your man-crush with Bill, and I will remain in the real world.

Well run? Didn’t we once go nearly 3 years without paying money for a player? We were that well run we sold the best young player the club has ever had to Man Utd on the drip for about half of what he was worth. Whilst other clubs improved stadiums, Bill put blue gravel round the pitch.

Do you suggest he should have done a Leeds then?

Its not really about doing an anything. You need to have money and resources to run a PL football club. Bill has never had nor will he ever have the money required to operate at the top table. That is just a simple fact of running a football club. We are now so far behind our peers both on and off the pitch I doubt we will ever catch up again tbh.

I would suggest we were a lot closer under Bill than we are under Moshiri

Kenwright brought Moshiri in, because he was the only fool he could find who would inject large amounts of money and leave him in charge of his train set. Its also worth bearing in mind that, had we not sold Rooney to United we may well have gone out of business. That's how well run we were. The head and tail of it is, Kenwright got very lucky, when, after speaking to Walter Smith, he appointed Moyes as manager.
