The one single positive to be found in this whole Benitez fiasco will be if it drives a wedge between Moshiri and Kenwright. Because there's only going to be one winner there and it won't be the walking pantomime. If we can just get through this season, stay up and get rid of both Kenwright and Benitez then it'll easily be the most productive season the club has had in a decade or more.

As if Moshiri is going to start listening to Bill. His credibility is gone when he decided to keep his position rather than resign if he opposed the appointment so much. You can't claim you opposed something strongly if you are happy to sit on the board and carry on as normal.

Moshiri will only sack him if we end up bottom 3 because that's what he does. He doesn't understand the club and doesn't understand football. If he was a real football fan then he would have known this appointment would never work. We are going to have to suffer this winter because our owner has no regard for the supporters and is an embarassment.

Somebody said it earlier but I don't have any level of hate for kenwright (hate is really quite an extreme especially to someone who is a blue and is something that should be reserved for the devils spawn over the park) but his time in any position to influence things at Everton should have ended years ago. He is basically a luvvie who took over when he was needed but refused to move on when he should have done as well as trying to move the club onto places like Kirkby and trying to justify it with a number of untruths. He spouts a lot of crap and is a symbol of everything that is wrong with the club and a symptom of the clubs acceptance of the mediocre. He needs to leave as soon as possible.

For all the stick Moshiri gets who was it who sold the club to him and told us the he had an unbelievable knowledge of the game? As a fully paid up member of The Kenwright Haters Club, I am tempted to think I might actually stomach relegation to get that odious toad out of Goodison for once and all. Pity even a small part of the fans' anger yesterday wasn't directed at Kenwright over the last couple of decades. Maybe we get the club we deserve.

Weird argument to have. Should we also blame the person who sold to kenwright then?

The fact is, kenwright was not a good owner, but sold us when we were in a fairly good place. We had an exciting squad that just seemed to be missing a few pieces to really challenge (similar to Leicester). Then moshiri comes along and completely cocks things up.

Kenwright should go, but moshiri is the owner now and has to take full responsibility. He doesn't even attend matches anymore.
