You think he has a choice? Look at when Moshiri shoehorned Rafael Benitez in, that right there showed he has no real say.
Complicit or not, this is all on Farhad Moshiri, alone

All the more reason why it he was a true Evertonian he should have resigned, no he didn't do, so he was complicit in Benitez becoming our manager and everything else with it. Loves the club and thecprestige, his ego won't let him walk away, especially with goons like you fanning it.

So by your reasoning he is complicit in moving us to Bramley Moore and takes some credit

Yes he has a choice but continues to be complicit, even as the chairman of the club as it falls apart.
If he loved the club so much he’d bring someone in to replace him or manage it for him, but no.
His ego is more important to him than the club.
In his current position, any true Evertonian would resign to make way, but not BK, not with a ribbon to cut in a couple of years.

Pride before a fall, and he’s already tripped, and no one’s going to catch him

I would think Moshiri who owns around 94% of the club must be delighted he kept Kenwright who owns about 3% as chairman.

Kenwright has taken most of the flak and Moshiri has escaped so far relatively unscathed ( considering the total disaster his tenure has been).

The board have been a disaster and should have resigned if they felt Moshiri was making continual errors and over riding their decisions.

But ultimately the buck stops with Moshiri/Usmanov.

Ah, the years in which we had to sell Stones, Lukaku, Rooney and Rodwell, to keep us from bankruptcy. Yes they're probably the years he means.
Something Moshiri bought back having to sell Richarlison.
Stones wanted to go, Lukaku didn't even ever want to be here and Rodwell???? Seriously???
Rooney yes, we're did we come the following season?

Correct

No owner would agree to that, one of his employees making himself unsackable regardless of performance or circumstances, even an owner as thick as Moshiri.
And you think him and usmanov and the legal team they have would agree to that? Really?.
I've no problem seeing that.
Russian oligarch wants to park money in one of the most profitable leagues in the world.
Gets run out of Arsenal.
Everton come in with what seems like a hassle free setup.
Absolutely no problem believing that Kenwrights share sale came with hefty conditions that Moshiri/Usmanov had no problem agreeing to.
