I briefly skimmed through and I am by no means an expert in these matter so happy to stand corrected, but I think this must be an outdated one because I think there has recently been changes which effect the meaning of 6.2 and 6.3 in the recent filing with companies house and section 13 above states that there must be no fewer than three board members at any given time, we currently have one unless the current board members are working their notice and are on garden leave.

It looks like section 14 of the articles may grant the right of power to remove a director.

From just 167 of 237 responders at present… project that percentage across say 40,000 Blues and see where it potentially could reach.

The point is (@roydo) if there was to be a crowd-funding exercise and a significant amount was pledged, if Kenwright then rejected or refused to sell… the entire Blue fan base - and even his doting journalists - and certainly many, many in football would see him for what he is… a selfish, self-centred mercenary putting his own personal gain way, way, way above what’s in the best interests of the club.

The media, certainly the sensible ones, could have an absolute field day utterly destroying whatever legacy he thinks he’s trying to protect and salvage.

It’s a means to an end… and an end that the vast majority of Blues want to happen as quickly as possible.

It's a good plan. But my point is, from an outside observer this is a pitiful amount which doesn't really suggest fans care enough to put their money where their mouths are. I'm not saying that's how it is, because it's early days and is also confined to the GOT currently - but that's how outside observers might pull it apart- especially Bill's media mates.
