How do they feel?
Where's the "illegal" bit?
We do now.
It's called a debate. You ever tried it?The last three or four pages of this thread have been entirely dictated by a desperate, attention seeking bellend, desperately seeking attention and an unfortunate number of people obliging him.
You tell me.It's a question to you.
rattled. We were you Pillock, we won the league in 1987
maybe xBed honey.
That's not an indication it was "illegal".The bit where the government come in and say "stop this now, this whole thing isn't going to be allowed to happen". That bit fella.
Ah, nice one for conceding. The idea in itself wasn't illegal if you want to split hairs.
That's literally what dreaming in this context is.And no, we don't dream of top 7 finishes. If offered now would we take tha as a finish for next season? Yes surely,
nil satis nisi optimum!but that is not success and Everton is a club that's built on that. We dream of trophies and being heavyweight contenders again.
because he lied about goodison not being able to pass a safety inspection....which the majority of fans supported.
Sorry Bill, only the best is good enough, not best of the rest.Finishing top 6 a few times, qualifying for Europe, reaching cup finals, signing world-class like Lukaku (our best multi-season striker since Bob Latchford in the 70's).
We've been going downhill for the last 7-8 years (ever since Mosh took over) but before that - under Bill's outright chairmanship - we were consistently best of the rest.
Let's give the old blue his due and save our ire for who's really causing the damage.
I feel without moyes working miracles with such a miniscule budget we would unraveled decades ago under Kenwright's reign of ineptitude. Moyes basically kept us on life support while Kenwright kept the club's infrastructure and business aspects perpetually stagnated. Which is agree he needs to be jettisoned as soon as possible along with moshiri who is equally naive and has continued to enable the parasiteSorry Bill, only the best is good enough, not best of the rest.
Everton should strive to be the best no matter what. It's literally our motto- the phrase put into our badge to represent ourselves.
Kenwright has overseen our decline from the best pf the 80s to this low point in playing performance. He's not good enough to be our chairman and that's without even mentioning his ratbag behaviour last season which should have seen him sacked.
Cannot disagree with any of this. It would have been interesting to see how Moyes could have progressed if he hadn't hit a wall due to the financial shackles he had to deal with.I feel without moyes working miracles with such a miniscule budget we would unraveled decades ago under Kenwright's reign of ineptitude. Work it out.Why do you call yourself "Billy Liar"?
You’re being kind to him with the word stagnated.I feel without moyes working miracles with such a miniscule budget we would unraveled decades ago under Kenwright's reign of ineptitude. hahaha....no, we weren't.
We haven't been one of the Big Anything since the Prem started.
Unless...you're not counting the period since he became Chief, but counting since he first joined the Board in 1989?
We won the FA Cup with him on the Board.
Walsh & Brands wasted Mosh's money, not Bill.
Why are you being weird?
