His seat was empty as we predicted. That cannot continue so expect news of his relinquishing the chairmanship. I don't pretend to understand the process of getting a chairman out. Does someone have to buy his shares or are they irrelevant?

Shareholding is irrelevant. Chairman of the Board is an employed job title. The terms of removal are in the Articles of Association.
When he finally leaves wonder if he will attend matches?
Not a chance he won't be getting paid for it.

I have faith that we have a competent manager that will ensure our safety to move to Bramley Dock.
I have absolutely no faith that we have a Chairman that will give him adequate "tools" to do so.
I have even less faith than zero (if that is possible) that we have a Chairman that can oversee the rest of the "business", so that we can compete under the profit / sustainability rules.
Please correct me if I am wrong , but doesn't this guy not only claim a salary of around a million pounds a year from the club / us , to constantly under deliver during every transfer window , and leave us playing catch up due to panic transfers at the end of every transfer window.
Allegedly , we will have to pay him some form of compensation monies if he is moved on , as well as buying his shares ?. Why is this , as he is obviously incompetent , in my view ?.

Not surprised to be honest, in fact I would of been more shocked that he had actually left earlier this summer.
