So does this £200m of borrowing kenwright brokered have a paper trail?
Is it accounted for and in our accounts?
How long have we been borrowing from them?
Is this "off the accounts" and thats why it wasnt seen by msp?
If rights and media funding were a part of the investment group why didnt msp know about the £200m debt and that it would stop their buy in to the club?
Why dont msp look for another investor other than rights and media funding?
Why cant moshiri sell part of his shareholding to who he wants to. They are his shares?
How can rights and media funding stop this?
Surely moshiri knew about the loans from rights and media funding?
Moshiri must have known about any clauses attatched to these loans and that they would stop any investment?
Did kenwright know these loans would stop moshiri bringing in investment?
