If you know the full name of the company you can do a search on companies house and find out who are the directors of the company and where they are based.

I just tried R and M in Companies House but it came up with loads. Do we know the exact company name?

I put in R&M and got some dodgy company based out if the British Virgin Islands.

It's a bit of a needle in a haystack, but call me bad-minded, but if it's not as suspicious and corrupt money siphoning outfit as can be, then I would be very surprised.

Edit: RM Everton is in the Marshall Islands and some suspiciously Russian sounding names associated with it.

That company was dissolved in 2019 and nothing to do with us.

R&M was previously JG Funding and both were connected to a company called Mousehole Ltd which was registered to the same address in the BVI as Vibrac.

Something like that anyway. The Ed Aarons Guardian article explains it

On it's own that's not really significant.

I've set up plenty of companies in BVI and the Caymans for clients to flag their yachts there. (mainly for VAT free fuel and services in the EU)

All the companies are registered at one address. Simon Goodley of the Guardian should know this.
