I agree, to call Sharp a Judas is over the top. He is deeply out of favour with a huge section of the fans for his work as a Kenwright apologist/stooge. For a lot of fans there is no way back for him. Nobody forced him to do what he did.

Sharp is a Judas. Don’t care what he did in the 80s, I wasn’t alive, he isn’t a hero to me. He’s turned his back on the fans to side with a true enemy of the football club in Bill Kenwright. “Sharpy” can sling it with the rest of them and never return.

There was a protest last summer, about 50-100 turned up outside Goodison. Unfortunately they got mocked for it and were met with some pretty quiet or zero support from the more outspoken fan media.
