Graham Sharpe's one of the worst pundits I've come across, he's comparable to some of the Bulbs you get in the Street end. Clueless no nothings who have grudges against certain players and don't see anything good in what they do.

Anichebe's performance was good, he played as a wing forward right up against Ridgewell. He was strong, won most of his headers and showed good control in tight situations. Excellent goal aswell, which is what people aim at him when they criticise him, his lack of goals.

Arteta was our only consistent performer throughout, kept his cool and took the game to Birmingham when he could. Sadly, especially in the second half, we went long far too often. But another promising performance from the Spaniard.

Other than that, not much to look at. We had a good spell and once they scored we lost our cool and reverted to the long ball. We didn't have enough players looking to step up in the second half.

Well at least get his name right.

Went to my Mums before, some clown was having a go at Moyes on the Radio I think, but Sharpy made an excellent point, he said something like, "Moyes would have got the players in at HT and told them to keep it tight, if the players then all watch as a long kick from the keeper goes all the way thru and somebody puts it into the net, how on Earth can Moyes be blamed for that?"

Excellent point I felt, yet that still hasnt stopped some people having a pop at Moyes.

Hes built the squad, an excellent squad that has proved that on its day it can not only match but beat some of the best teams in the League, its not finished, its a work in progress, but look at where we where, look at where we are, then look at the Ginger Scottsman in that dugout and Thank the Lord that hes ours.

Good stuff. It has the raw potential to be top 4 maybe top 3. We just need to eradicate the errors that plague our game, especially against teams like Birmingham.

I don't hold much hope for Bilyaletdinov, the fact that someone like Gosling seems to now be ahead of him is worrying. It wouldn't surprise me if Moyes tries to sell him back to Russia in the summer.

I don't think he's been impressed by him at all. He hasn't even give him that vote of confidence that he usually gives new players who aren't in the first team. I hope I'm wrong because Bilya definitely has something to work with. But Moyes works with him every day and at the moment, he's behind Osman, Pienaar, Gosling, Anichebe and Donovan.

Well maybe it's to do with playing him out of position? Moyes clearly has his favourites and tends to stick with certain players, regardless of form - and you know who I mean.

I don't think he is giving Billy a fair crack of the whip.

You mean like he did with VDM?

Billy has been given more than enough chances, I think hes good enough, but Moyes likes to keep players out who are short of form out now and again, it normally does the trick.
