Had a workmate trying to flog everyone his pyramid scheme 'one coin', a quick search and you could see how jarg they were, made sure everyone else knew about it too, hope the little weasel gets ruined by it

@formerly manx toffee @Bruce Wayne
But crypto-currencies are covered by Money Laundering Regs, POCA 2008 and dealing/custodianship et al of it is a registerable with the FSA or whatever it's called - what can possibly go wrong?

Thirsty Pigeon, Java Coffee House and Michelle Mone can't all be wrong surely?

Time to reconsider your bitcoin stance?

I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole mate.

Sarcasm font required - please sort it MODS.
My son It specialist came home last night a big firm computers hacked £10,000 ransom how do they want paying BIT COIN!
Why should anyone apologise when this so called stock market can hide identities????.....
His firm are doing the best to unhack it so they get nothing a hard task, but they are trying their best!

It's the firm he works for he's a top notch engineer he can't stop staff of a company opening an illicit e mail and the codes are numerous ask the NHS are their engineers crap too?
They lock the hard drives no entery!
Unfair criticism my point is if bitcoin can be used for ransom without trace that's my point OK!
Oh it's you what do I expect with your answer?.....

My mate is an NHS Computer tech for Merseyside and he is absolutely rubbish, so yes.

There are some cracking developers in eastern Europe, I wonder if his company has thought of importing some? :p

:hayee:

He's had his pants pulled down by some Chinese uni drop outs over a measly 10k, he needs to up his game
It's not him you dope it's the firm who opened the malious email who will pay the fine or his firm will do there best charging Labour to crack the hack - he is not even involved it's like you opening a dodgy e mail it's your fault you telephone a specialist as you computer your banking details are in the hackers hand - or you pay the ransom via bit coin my point they have untraceable accounts!
