I've thought about it many a time to be honest but all family and friends are down here so as much as I have a fetish for females with scouse accents I think I'll have to get my fix whenever I get up to Goodison! That being said I'm coming up for my first ever derby thanks to the Thomas Cook Travel packages meaning I have to stay in a hotel so you never know my luck!

A side point here, anyone know of the chances of securing a derby ticket for the Anfield game? The club were saying it's season tickets who've been to all away games as priority (fair enough if thems the rules) but my mates are going to it through Thomas Cook in the Liverpool end and I'd love to be able to get a ticket in the Everton end :(

doubt Thomas Cook will get near away end tickets tbh mate, much like the rest of us won't, they don't give many and there will easily be enough people that have been to every game to snap them up before lunch on the 1st day.

I remember when it was shareholders only that used to get the away end tickets, not even st holders.

yeah sorry, my bad for not being clear! My mates are Liverpool fans and they're in the Liverpool end through Thomas Cook. Thomas Cook only do home tickets so I was wondering what my chances are for getting in the away end. For the Anfild game I mean, not the Goodison one, I'm sorted for Goodison!

Worst comes to worst I'll come up with them and find a blue pub that's showing it. I was in the Winslow and Haleigh(sp?) on Saturday but neither were showing the Arsenal game so guessing neither has Sky? I'll find somewhere nearer the time! I think the plan is to come up, watch the game (somehow) and go on the lash anyway :)
