If Everton had lost Lescott, Upson would have been his replacement. Next best option, West Ham have to bring in money I expect this to happen next week. Lescott will regret this big time and so will Everton IMO.

Unsettled player and no money to spend. Won the battle but lost the war, what they have wont get top 6 this season not with city, VIlla and Spurs stronger than last season and Everton significantly weaker.

First, Villa have sold their best players and are considerably weaker. Tottenham have added people, but no-one that makes you think they will do any better than if they'd remained the same. And how the hell are we weaker? We're getting 2 of our most influential players back, a goalscorer and a creative player (like new signings hehe).

Got jumped there years ago, lcab. My mate and I took a tour in the city centre and a bunch of drooling, City fans got us outside Benetton. It wasn't even a City game, it was the Milk Cup final replay with Liverpool ffs!

Also , a Good Friday , 79 , I think , Bus got bladdered , took us straight into Moss Side Police Station . 80 - odd blues in 3 cells .

We met up with my mates dad, and got a lift home from just near MR.

But they were good days funnily enough.

Birmingham and Manchester were always the places I had problems. Never in London, I always seemed to dodge the bullet there.

An 850+ page thread on Lescott, mostly conisisting of people claiming that Moyes is being difficult for not caving in and letting Lescott move to City. This club has really become a monster. I realie that money corrupts, but Jesus Christ.
