I had an agent for Blueroom tap me up since I'm a mod on here.
He offered to my triple my weekly wages plus housing. In addition my contract would call for the following:
$100 for each spam post cleaned up.
$50 for infractions given.
$200 for PM warnings
$1,000 per banning
$500 per thread lock/closure.
...but it's all hush hush of course.

Exactly. Not a lot of moderating needs to be done on this forum simply because:
1) Everyone knows the rules.
2) Everyone plays nice with each other.
3) Danny and Dylan run a pretty tight ship here.

Start off on the right foot at the top and the forum will often moderate itself.
I used to post a lot here www.tdpri.com , which is a wonderful social club atmosphere, and considering this is a football forum, it is pretty darn as good as it gets.
Don't make me throw an axe...
(Yes yes, I know I need to let this go. I find it amusing for some reason though...must be the Norwegian heritage from mum's side.)

Oh, the irony. Another forum is chastised by our glorious club for unfetered comments about certain individuals. That forum tightens up its act and in the process is accused of selling out.
Guess what, Everton find themselves at the end of exactly what they've accused this site of.
I've always sought to defend Everton in many front, but I have to say they've brought this onto themselves and I have no sympathy whatsoever for them.
They should kill the blue room dead.
One of the few times I went in there I was treated as a curios as those who were there had never come across a black Everton fan. It was quite funny.

You're spot on there, BT. Neo-nazis were running riot on that forum at times last season and, as far as I could see, it took admin ages to stamp on it. That's the club site.....the club demanding an apology from Diouf for his comments.
There was a time they enquired to myself - turns out they would only allow two forums, no choice of forum software, no choice over moderators and no access to server.
Wasn't one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. "It'll never work..." I said.
