How is he more effective? Mate he's that [Poor language removed] his last 3 loan clubs couldn't wait to send him back.

Bernard in spells has very decent for us, bolasie has been utter pony every minute of every game.

The amount of Palace fans saying we’d absolutely been done over - everyone stayed optimistic for a while, under you watch him at Goodison run 50 yards and fall over for a goal kick. Every. Single. Game.

Hated him me, he'd do stepovers when no one was around him. Just a ridiculous signing.

Much more direct and has physique to match and bully players back. So can carry the ball out good enough...

We had the good with a cracking shot and the bad with those awful crosses he wacks in 10 meters high...

Trouble is was never worth the transfer fee we paid, half really then lot of the stick he gets from some of us would never happen...

Exactly he couldn’t cut it in the powerhouse leagues of Belgium and Portugal, yet some people think he can do a job for us in the PL. it says everything about the wretched options we have in wide areas.

What I thought he might be a nice lad but he got sent back without even a sniff of a bid for him surely the obvious is there.

Nobody can afford his wages. Its a problem we have with a lot of our players. Bernard would be exactly the same if we were looking to loan him out with a view to a sale.

It’s no good being fast and strong if you’ve got the touch of Jimmy Saville though is it? He is not an effective Premier League footballer.

However, he has what is lacking in the whole squad, strength pace...
We could fawn over Bernard forevermore and his 'beautiful football' that amounts to nothing.
