Bold Street time slips

There use to be a dodgy massage place on Bold Street, my mate slipped in there a few times
I wonder what Sean had slipped in his drink or sniffed up his nose prior to this paranormal experience.
I’ve personally been affected by time slips when I was in my early 20s, several times when I have gone out, usually on a Fri or Sat night.
When it used to happen I’d lose several hours, literally one second I’m having my 15th pint around 11pm in the local Chicago’s during the R&B nights and the next thing it’s 09:00 the next day and i would be in unfamiliar surroundings sometimes with woman 10-15 years older than me.
Really very strange, but seemed to stop as I got older and that club closed down.

Sounds a bit Goodnight Sweetheart to me. Basically he's gone out, copped off with some munter and gone home the next day to his fuming missus. He's then created a story on his way home to get him out the dog house and has come up with this. "Babe one minute I'm waiting for a taxi outside Bold St Coffee next thing I'm talking to some Irish barmaid and passing Beatles songs off as my own while the sirens went off. I'm not going anywhere near town for a while, I'm just glad I made it. Pesky Germans"

Oh really? I think I'd only heard the Bold St / Hanover St tales. Any links to the Maryland Street stories?
I love stuff like this - I had never heard of the Bold Street experiences. True or not, there is so much we don't know about time and relativity.
