I remember going there with my lad. A 2-1 win from memory. Fellani and Vellios (?).
Anyhow the whole experience was tarnished by the news of poor Gary Speed the next day.

I remember freezing my bollocks off in the terraces at their old Burnden park in the FA cup in 94 I think.

We drew and then they somehow beat us in the replay, despite us being 2 nil up. Hated them even since so it's nice to see them down there tbh
Think I was there that day.

There fans throwing darts into our enclosure.

Hated them since that.

i remember as a kid playing pro-evo or LMA manager and coventry and bradford were in the prem

bradford are now 17th in league 2

Bradford City are one of those true yoyo clubs. Never in the same division for more than five seasons. Always going through the four tiers.

It's crazy to think Peter Beagrie and Stuart McCall played more games for Bradford than Everton, I remember them in the prem for them.

Remember Rodney Marsh said he'd shave his head if Bradford stayed up.. they did and he went to their ground and had it saved on the pitch with a charity collection.

Wow.
Doing well to get sacked from Sky Sports.

At least he didn’t spit in someone’s face though.

It was something along the lines of "David Beckham rejected Newcastle United because of the trouble with the toon army in Asia".

I remember he had a lot of support at the time because people thought Sky over-reacted, mainly because it was a poke at David Beckham's IQ. IMO he was one of the more entertaining pundits.

Gary Megson actually did an alright job for them. They had a run in Europe with him as well. A very historic club is Bolton. I hope things will turn around for them.
Bolton fans were fuming at those appointments at the time.Expecting a genuine top class manager.
History counts for nothing unfortunately, look st Wrexham, Notts County to name two.

It's something I've watched out for over the years ,premiership to non league. Ì thought Portsmouth or Swindon were in line to be first. Coventry at one point ,Blackpool another time. Think it's three this season, Oldham in the division also.

Nah, they hatted him cos he picked pretty much the U21 team, for an away Euro game to Sporing Lisbon.

He pretty much went out of thge competition on purpous. Form that day, they hated him and he hated them.

Although....he did bring some brilliant players to the club.

I live in Bolton, and its not even worth tacking the mick anymore, they have been dragged through everything.
