Boss photos you've taken

I'll be honest Mrs Esk, the view from the climbs is spectacular but the effort /danger of getting up there and back down is not an appealing aspect to myself.

When I see things like this though...

I just wanna go down that repeatedly until I know every bump, mogul and bit of ice, and can go down there as fast as possible with jumps, edges cutting the ice, a noise that can be recalled at any time by anyone that knows what I mean (like the smell of death can) those split seconds where you aren't in control.

*goose bumps recalling that ice scraping sound.

I also thought it but as it was MRS Th'esk I thought better of pointing it out, is that a little man up at the top ? just under the overhanging bit.

You've have to be a prick to go up that etc etc etc

I think it is the appeal of the effort and danger involved that motivates me to continue climbing, not that I want to put myself or family in any undue danger.

I love skiing too, but would chose climbing if I had to chose.
