Little male spider, in the downstairs loo on the wall, so led him onto a piece of plastic and that gave me the chance to try and take his mug shot...

On a piece of wood in the garden tonight - three bugs - a plant bug, a globby, and a white-legged millipede (Tachypodoiulus niger I think)...

Sad news recently that the South Lakes Safari Park in Dalton, Cumbria, may be closing on 9th January due to the council's decision.
If it goes, it will be a great shame, stopping great photo opportunities for visitors, as well as lessening the protection afforded for animals under threat.
