Duck, not sure what kind?
Canada Goose
Gull
Cormarant
These Cormarants are by Princess dock, I think there’s four of them.

Love the black and white one. Great subject for that style of photo. Reckon that last shot would be great in b&w too. Those are very nice.
Such an iconic landmark looks good in almost every shot. Here is a few more.

I was at awe at the splendor of the tower and the whole city of Paris. My only complaint was that the airline lost my luggage, not my hubby's (who would careless what he wore) or my daughter, but mine. I had packed so carefully my whole attire for this vacation but for two days I was without it. The only perk was that I got to purchase some clothes in Paris that I wasn't expecting. An absolute stunning piece of work. I was in awe of it when I got close to it. For some reason it was far far bigger than I ever imagined.
Though I think Blackpool Tower is massive tbh and I'm not too good with heights lol
Thanks, I love black and white pics. They just seem at times more true to the subject by removing any distraction of color and helping the viewer focus on other aspects of the photo.Love the black and white one. Great subject for that style of photo. Reckon that last shot would be great in b&w too.
That's a great pic of the Eiffel Tower at night. My obligatory Eiffel Tower pictures...
The first time I went to Paris. We had prebooked tickets for a specific time to go to the top so as to avoid the line. Unfortunately that means you can’t pick the weather. Second pic is our view from the top level.

These two are from last winter. One night shot of the ET, and one overlooking Paris from the steps in front of Sacre Coeur.

Hahaha, I also underestimated the size of the tower. Before we went to Paris I did some research about visiting it and for a moment I really thought that we should climb to the top by using the stairs, instead of the elevator. When I got there and saw how tall it really was then I was glad the hubby had dissuaded me from such crazy idea and had convinced me to get tickets to the top instead of climbing the 1665 steps lol once on top the view was incredible but I encountered some vertigo so it seems I'm not longer good with heights.

Haha, I thought I could climb them but now days I have realized that I have lost my fearless attitude that I have before my daughter was born.Oh yes Sassy I couldn't dream of climbing that, far too high for me. I can't even go on a Ferris wheel these days lol
I absolutely loved Paris as well, again I couldn't believe how big it was. I don't know why but I always think everywhere must be smaller than it is and I just get swallowed whole by these huge magnificent places.
It's a place I'll go back to time and time again for certain.

Same here, I was amazed how big the city was and how crazy traffic can be. We drove back from the French Riviera on a week day at midnight and it took us over an hour to get from one side of the city to the other because of traffic, even at that time was crazy busy. I hope we can come back again soon but there are so many places around the world that I wish to visit. You are fortunate to live so close to the city and be able to easily travel from the UK to other parts of Europe.
I'm so lucky that my husband is always doing the driving when we go abroad, or not, otherwise I would be in trouble. He is such good at driving and has a photographic memory so his sense of direction is excellent unlike mineI can't remember what its called but the massive roundabout in Paris is just insane. I stood there for 20 minutes just watching cars go round and round and round and round waiting for little moments to exit lol
