Covid has been a nightmare for humans but there has been some positive things that have come out of this health crisis.

There’s nothing I enjoy more, than going for a run, somewhere really remote for a couple of hours, just switching off and just enjoying the beauty of your surroundings.

It really is like meditation.

Flesh flies look similar to house flies, but are typically larger and have bright red eyes. Adult flesh flies are light gray in color and have a distinctive checkerboard pattern on top of their abdomen. They have three black stripes running down their thorax.
