Oh, principally how he sets his teams up; 3 at the back, invites a lot of pressure onto the side and then looks to counter. We're absolutely not set up for any of those things.

We're possibly the slowest, least direct attacking team in the league.

Im just at a loss with this squad now, everytime it feels like it can't get worse, year on year we get worse.

Mid week it was all Mina, Keane, Holgate and the rest of them have shown why they're unplayable then few days later we still concede 3 goals and wonder how the narrative will change now.

The squad as a whole is still horrifically bad, we still have no balance across it as shown by Coleman playing LB. We've got a complete set of attackers who don't run without the ball played in to their feet, not sure how we've managed that considering none of them are any good with the ball anyway. The only player today who threatened in behind was Cannon making his debut and yet to be "Everton'd" the same way Gordon has been by the rest of the squad.

Lampard in or Lampard out it doesn't matter till something changes at boardroom level, Moshiri and Kenwright have proven more than enough times now they can't make the correct decisions. The next manager would be supplied with the same inept squad and piss poor recruitment that's destroyed us since Moshiri entered the club.
