Boxing

Was watching the promos to the fabled Haye vs Fury fight before. Does anyone reckon Fury would/could have won and also what the odds will be like for him to KO VK?
movement from haye, fury massively open to the overhand right, which is hayes favourite punch, haye would have knocked him out, he hits harder than cunnigham and is faster. Fury has made improvements since then but is largely tosh still

Just been to see the film southpaw. It was decent . Jim lampley, Roy Jones as commentary. Tony weeks as ref. And Jimmy Lennon as mc although it was HBO which was weird. Oh and victor Ortiz was the 'other boxer'

Creed looks good Wallace out the wire ( and Friday night lights TV show) plays creeds son.

Roberto Duran film out next year as well obviously called 'hands of stone'

I have a Korean boxing film to watch as well based on a true story called 'crying fists' will watch over the weekend.

Garcia's too good for Malignaggi who I'm amazed is only 34. He seems to have been around forever.

Watched Hughie Fury vs George Arias the other night. Jesus Christ that was a tough watch. It was like David Haye vs Audley Harrison - Arias must have thrown about 30 punches in 10 rounds and landed 5 - but Fury wasn't smart enough to put him away. Every time Arias was hurt Fury started throwing ale house hooks with just the right and didn't go to the body once. Shocking.

Watched Maravilla the other night, decent watch. Good bits about how the suits kept him away from Chavez for so long.

Tommy Coyle is coming across as someone who doesn't believe they can win in the build up to this imo, they must have sparred numerous times, its looking obvious who came out on top.
