Andy lee vs BJS is one of the best british fights of the year and all the hype and attention will be around eubank vs spike, that alone is ridiculous. hearn the other week was seriously trying to justify jeter as a worthy opponent pre fight, when in reality he was nothing more than a 1 round blowout if eubank didnt spend half the first round trying to be his daddy. tbh mate i hope they do end up bailing on hearn, brook in particular, eddie couldnt even deliver the rios fight for brook.and it won't get better mate.
Matchroom won't pay enough £££ to elite overseas fighters and warren simply can't afford it . The way sky hype some of the overseas bums is sickening it's not even funny . They are conning the people paying good money for this dross .
other than the 30th may 02 bill even the ppv events have been pretty awful ( Wembley froch groves 2 was ok)
I can see brook Joshua and a few others going to al haymons PBC as that seems the only decent payday for them along with half decent fights.
Roll on canelo cotto
i agree . Brandon Rios isn't even elite level , he's pretty much shot and only got a couple of fights left and Hearn can't even afford him .Andy lee vs BJS is one of the best british fights of the year and all the hype and attention will be around eubank vs spike, that alone is ridiculous. hearn the other week was seriously trying to justify jeter as a worthy opponent pre fight, when in reality he was nothing more than a 1 round blowout if eubank didnt spend half the first round trying to be his daddy. tbh mate i hope they do end up bailing on hearn, brook in particular, eddie couldnt even deliver the rios fight for brook.
the super middle weight division is the one that hearn must deliver the goods in. look at the fighters hes got in his stable the likes of degale, murray, callum smith, rocky fielding, eubank jr who will eventually step up, groves with the saulands who are close to eddie. these are all potential future fights but i dont have faith in eddie to deliver many of them.i agree . I've gone off matchroom a lot over the last year. It all started to go wrong when they made Bellew v cleverly 2 ppv . It's been downhill since .
The only good thing is fighters actually get paid by matchroom and on time unlike warren . Otherwise more would of jumped ship.
Even degale has pretty much bailed on him as well. good on him, wins his world title then does a runner, eddies done nothing so far for his other world titlistsEven degale has pretty much bailed on him as well. But I agree with all that
Hearn signed degale off the promise of fighting froch . He failed to pull it off so degale goes and gets paid elsewhere .good on him, wins his world title then does a runner, eddies done nothing so far for his other world titlists
even the fighters must be getting sick of it now, can see brook doing a swerve sometime soonHearn signed degale off the promise of fighting froch . He failed to pull it off so degale goes and gets paid elsewhere .
Hearn has made a rod for his own back with his constant bullsh1t
the last line is why I still prefer the hearns to warren, warren doesn't just screw the headline acts he takes from the journeymen and up and comers too, the hearns treat all fighters pretty well, travel, accommodation etc, warren is an utter crooki agree . Good on Degale for doing that, he could stay in the UK and still make good money, but he's willing to back his talent and travel, I know it's only Bute but a good sign for his career, Brook might have to do similar, he's going to lose the goodwill he earned, and earned the hard way traveling to beat Porter soonHearn signed degale off the promise of fighting froch . I think degale thrives of the challenge of fighting abroad ( like in his am days ) fighting in shopping centres on C5 held him back for ages. I think he needs the big occasion and tough challenge to keep him motivatedGood on Degale for doing that, he could stay in the UK and still make good money, but he's willing to back his talent and travel, I know it's only Bute but a good sign for his career, Brook might have to do similar, he's going to lose the goodwill he earned, and earned the hard way traveling to beat Porter soon

hes been there before, and won't be going back if he can help it, I remember seeing interviews with him towards the end of his Hennesy days and he looked utterly depressedI think degale thrives of the challenge of fighting abroad ( like in his am days ) fighting in shopping centres on C5 held him back for ages. I can't believe Eddie Hearn was trying to tout Brook as a box office fight after fury got cancelled, absolute beaut. Khan would paste him.Good on Degale for doing that, he could stay in the UK and still make good money, but he's willing to back his talent and travel, I know it's only Bute but a good sign for his career, Brook might have to do similar, he's going to lose the goodwill he earned, and earned the hard way traveling to beat Porter soon
