Boxing

David haye has took on Shane mcguigan as his trainer so finally the comeback rumours are true.

Little bits flying around about him facing Bellew as well I'm the future . No doubt engineered by Hearn for ppv next year .

Kugan Cassius is saying Gallagher is therr now
yep gallagher went and got absolutely roasted, as did hearn haha
pair of them definitely piped down in comparrison to how much they had to say in the previous two, gallagher especially.
frampton seems a bit rattled though, dont really believe that all this has as much bearing on the fight as others do but quigg is definitely the calmer one out of the pair. if i dont get a ticket for this im gonna be gutted, who else is planning on going?

dont think haye could get down to cruiser again, struggled to make cruiserweight in his prime so not sure he could get back down especially after the layoff, if he did though id put every penny i had on him wiping bellew out in 6 rounds at most

Agreed but there must be something in it . Haye has always appeared healthy so he won't blow up between fights .

just read an interview with bellew where he mentions fighting him at a catchweight between cruiser and heavyweight.
i can just imagine the build up now
david haye: I've slayed a giant at heavyweight what have you ever done to match me? ill knock you out in a round.

bellew: you won't knock me out, I'm a big big punching cruiserweight you've never fought anyone that hits as hard as i do. im willing to die in that ring.

I'd of been more interested in watching Haye v Fury, Klitschko will win easy for me, I think Haye is a better boxer than Fury by far and he didn't trouble Klitschko one bit. Saying that I haven't seen Fury for a while but unless he's drastically improved I can't see it going 8 rounds.

Haye will be making a comeback because he fancies his chances to win the heavyweight title, i would be very surprised if he cut weight to fight bellew who isnt in his league. Bellew would have to become a world champion to offer anything.

Bellew is nowhere near the level Haye was at before his head went.

If it's a catch weight fight to ease Haye back into things it will be a walkover and as someone above said he wouldn't get past the 6th.

Haye vs Joshua would be a massive fight, much bigger than haye vs bellew, although the bellew fight would generate a lot of interest largely due to bellew running his mouth in the build up and people wanting to see him get sparked, and how much easier would a bellew fight be than a joshua one for example. i dont think its a definite no-go but i'd be suprised if he took it. bellew just wants a big payday tbh

Fury has definitely improved, his footwork etc is a lot better than it used to be but the best fighter hes fought of the top of my head is dereck chisora, says it all really
