I don't understand the majority of this post, but football doesn't matter to me, history does.

For the record I am from London, lived and worked in Canada for a short time. My maternal grandmother was a Slovene, otherwise, as far as I know my family are all English. I am assuming you thought I was from North America hence the hockey and other sports references.
