I've been in there off and on for most of Carlo's run. Yes, it's more or less an open warzone. How loyal Evertonians can actually think Carlo is not doing a good job is beyond me.

I try to be a voice of semi-reason in general. The redirect seems to have helped get things away from "yer ma" "no yer ma" for a few minutes at least. Advanced stats like xG are useful tools, but you have to actually understand them in order to know how and when to use them.

They get a bad rap because most Americans that like them misuse them. If you're judging a manager on the basis of xG, you missed the point. You should be judging the manager on the basis of the results produced with the tools available, and the manager's influence on the available tools.
