Only case i can make is we signed richard gough at 37. No way he will play the same amount of games as gough or be as good. But not got a major problem him coming for a season being around the squad. Vastly experienced player in top games. He brings that.

However, when I checked, I found nothing to indicate he'd done any of his badges, so maybe we'll be giving him a 12 month playing contract and he'll be starting his badges at the same time ?
