Will be reduced on appeal i would say - deserved really when you consider what they did with Mikel, Cole its not reallt there first offence.

Even if it gets no where ill be disgusted if we dont report City over the Lescott affair.

Fifa and the FA would defo look into it we did report it mate.

Completely inconsistent. They all do it. Platini's a calculating ****er too. Let's teach the big spending English clubs a lesson because the CL is becoming predictable, but let's go after a non-G14 club. Oh no, he doesn't want that cartel on his back.

I repeat: is there a point to this man whatsoever?

Edit: Fifa decision. Ok scrap the Platini rant. Still a decision that avoids confrontation with the big European cartel though.

I'll further piss on your fire by saying that the G-14 no longer exists and it's replacement features Chelsea as a member :D

Not yet, í hope we do - in fact ill be annoyed if we dont. Cant see it having the same result as Chelsea - looks like a three strike and your out system, i want us to be one of those strikes. It may seem to some better to let sleeping dogs lie but what happens if/when those Leeches come in for Arteta or Rodwell.

In all honesty I am chuffed, but what about the [Poor language removed] with the Barry saga true he never joined them but he would still be a Villa player if they had not unsettled him, also Lescott ? and then there is Rooney all offending clubs should receive a 30 point penalty:lol:I will get us in the top 4 if it kills me:lol::lol:

I'm wondering how this will play out from a legal viewpoint. If someone comes free on a bosman and wants to play for chelsea how can FIFA prevent this. Pretty sure the wole bosman thing was about freedom to work wherever you want.

I think they're banned from registering any new players during the next two transfer windows.

That's true. I'm all over the place here.

I tell you what, I bet Bill's just had a cracking idea:

Bill - "Elstone, let me run this by you. We've got a stadium to pay for, yeah?"

Elstone - "Yes Bill"

Bill - "There'll be none of this 'ring-fenced' bollix for us, we just cant do it and the supporters will laugh at us if we tried it".

Elstone - "Absolutely Bill"

Bill - "Go and tap up a few kids from some European outfit and leak it to that pair of Franco-Swiss c**ts Platini and Blatter. Two transfer windows avoided, job done."

Elstone - "I absolutely recognise the need for that strategy as we seek to strengthen the club and push onwa...".

Bill - "Enough. Save that [Poor language removed] for the punters".

Elstone - "Yes boss".

So then, I guess inducing a certain ex Everton defender to turn around on his loyalty comments, and his long term deal could be classed as the same type of thing.

Investigate the public tapping up of that and we will accept 20 mill compensation thanks. Investigate all clubs for it. Next thing all the foreign owners will want out as the legal wranglings will make their train sets no fun anymore.

Next season after investigations - Everton Prem Champions.

Not sure if this has been touched on here, but if Chelsea appeal and have this decision overturned on Freedom of employment, then does that not make the transfer window illegal itself?

Next few years are going to see some major changes in world football and I believe it will culminate with the big clubs resigning from Uefa, and Fifa and forming their own ESPN Pay per View league.
