He's classless, so i doubt he'll accept that. Either way they are screwed with no money for a top manager, and none for new players.
 

He's too much of a self-involved prick to accept a less-than 20% settlement. Hope he stays, but if he goes I want him to take a massive wedge of their transfer kitty with him (which seems to be between 5 and 15 million).

Either Tony Mowbray or Iain Dowie to replace Rafael. At least they'd be going upmarket.
