So long as the patient hasn't gone deaf or turned red and has a pulse then you've done well :)

Questionable...had a high trough...serum creatinine had bumped up I so extended the dosing interval based on the calculated clearance, but obviously hadn't seen the full effect of that SCr elevation because trough was 10 points higher the next day :eek:
We're holding now until trough is back in range.

Sounds reasonable, how is the infusion being administered in clinic or at home?
What's it for ?
Bit of a yuk drug to be administered away from serious monitoring
