Because if you're going to give a penalty for that -albeit rightly- you're going to have to do the same with the next one and next one and next one and there'll be 20 pens a game, hence why the officials let that sort of thing slide.

Gordon and Doucoure have been the only decent players for us imo, at least he’s giving it a go, not his fault that when he gives it to any of the other forward players the move stops stone dead right away.

Referee plays 'advantage' when foul on Everton player outside the box leads to Brentford break. Then Rondon gets assaulted in the box, obvious with what has happened to his shirt, and not even a VAR review.

I thought the NFL was the pinnacle of corrupt refereeing (calling 'holding' or 'illegal blocking' on crucial plays) but the Premier League is slowly getting there.
