Can any of my more prem rules educated fans let me know why we weren't able to make a sub for Mangala being injured when it's a 5 sub rule now? I know we couldn't just want to know why?

Also, why were Brighton kicking off at the end? They had nothing to argue about.

Personally don't see the issue in that, the referee adds on at least 30 seconds per sub anyway.
