If you think we’re going to go away to teams like Brighton and play them off the park you’re mad. Yes we did it but that was a one off performance otherwise we wouldn’t be in these positions if that was the norm. It is acceptable if it’s working and you’re getting results especially wins. It’s not acceptable when you’ve got no plan B and not scoring goals don’t think any player or manager tries to not score goals.
It’s not play them off the park it’s have a threat

..it's that he got booted because he didn't win enough football matches?

Honestly, it's just nice that we've already jumped straight from worrying if we'll still be a Premier League football club at the end of the season, to worrying about the style of how we win football matches.

Could be worse?
I was never really worried about staying up so I guess that’s part of the issue here

Where’s that threat coming from? Ndiaye is the only real quality moving with the ball and has Mykolenko as overlap, Beto and Doucoure occupying the final 3rd and nothing great down the middle. Also lacking a sigurdson through the middle or someone who can pick a pass/ split defences. On the right we have Lindstrom who I’m still not convinced with and O’Brien or Patterson add young and Harrison into that honestly what are you expecting from these players? They’re crap.

We were sinking a few weeks ago. Managed to get 2 wins out of 3 since and people not happy the whole style of play has changed yet.

The issue was Dyche was playing turgid stuff but not getting points. Moyes has already shown he can cut his cloth accordingly, going right at Spurs (and yes, getting a bit too deep at the end) and went with low block at Brighton. He got both games right. Mad that this is being criticised.

These players have been run into the ground being told to not attack, or at very least just try to "stay in the game". That doesnt get reversed instantly so no, we're not going to teams who have better players than us and play openly.

I am also 100% sure Moyes is well aware we have a load of rubbish in the squad and will want to change that pronto. If we do stay up and he doesn't do much to address that, then fine, criticise him/TFG. As of right now I am delighted with the initial job he's done.

And he had Ndiaye playing in the backline!

Agreed, we have now a manager who is playing to our strengths, limited as those strengths may be. In Dyche we had a manager who played to negate our weaknesses, he didn’t have the insight to see any positives so therefore couldn’t devise a system that would give us a chance of winning. I am talking about this season as he did well last year.
Moyes appears to be able to look at a group of players and amend his style to better suit them, Dyche tried to mould the players he had to fit his system.
I don’t think Davy Moyes is the long term answer but he will take us to BMD in the Premier League and he will set us up better to progress in a year or two.
Davy Moyes isn’t the solution to our problems but he may well be the start of the solution, Sean Dyche wasn’t the problem with Everton but he was a major symptom of the problem.

And he had Ndiaye playing in the backline!
So what give him a license to stand on the halfway line and don’t track back this is the professional game with very small margins for error, not some decent amateur player who’s great going forward and doesn’t want to know coming back but he might leave us if we shout at him to track back.
