Huge game for Patterson. Boom or bust type (in the short term). Either he has a cracker, stays solid at the back and creates chances which spawn a point or three.
Or he has a disaster and is responsible for 3 of a 5-0 thumping.

I'm happy to see Mina, Patterson and Garner. If only he'd played Gray, and I'd have said it was our strongest XI.

Who would you have dropped from the line-up to put gray in? likely we will be doubling up fullbacks and wide mids this game. DCL will be isolated a lot unless Doucoure gets up there. We are playing away.....
