We need a vocal, tough captain. I wish we had some ideas. Love Coleman, but he hasn't got the personality to boss referees. Don't tell me the big clubs don't win decisions, and therefore matches, by the managers and players talking in the ref's ears constantly. And the managers also talk and hype up players for selection, for 'special treatment' and for abuse..we are not smart enough.
