Swerve San Carlo mate. Have you seen Sterling? Absolute t*t.

That Luis Alberto was sound when I've seen him in there, he was with some Spanish basketballer (god knows but he was huuge), Coutinho, Deulofeu and Joel with their birds. All boss with everyone. But yeah, that Sterling acts like a brat. People go up in my books if they behave 'normal'

I honestly think the majority of Liverpool squad is sound it's just the odd player that lets the others down and of course the fans. The fans are the worst.

This sums Enrique up to be honest.

Not seen Sterling like but from what I've heard he's an absolute c**t.

I'm sure I've seen Luis Alberto actually and the massive guy he was with rings a bell, possibly the same day, few months ago now I'd say. It's the relatively new Liverpool players that are sound mate, once they're there for a couple of years they become something evil.

Bryan comes across very humble and just a normal feller. Model professional as opposed to egotistical bells like Sterling.

I seen Baines come out of nike shop with his kids when I was waiting for my phone to get fixed, give it a breif nod of the head and a little "alrite Leighton lad" I tried to be casual until he was out of view then I marvelled at what a fine specimen had just glided by me, he was almost as cool as me.

I've mentioned it before but what do people think of Oviedo playing on a wing?

Baines is still our number one choice and I think Oviedo accepts that and is happy playing as our number two, especially with the Europa League he's going to get a lot more games. We have the best lest back duo in the league. But Garbutt's rise over the last six months deserves him to be in the first team but with what he's showing he doesn't deserve to be a third choice. He's recently turned 21 and can no longer just play with the under 21's every week or sit on the bench. We could send him out on loan again but I personally want him in an Everton top.

For next season I would like to see Oviedo mainly played on the wing, Baines still as left back but Garbutt as our back up. Bryan is an attacking full back and often attacking full backs can play on a wing just as well, he's played on the wing for us before and I thought he's done good job. You could even rotate him and Baines during a game if we needed to mix it up. This would make Luke our second choice left back, giving him vital minutes and also giving us the chance to see if he's up to it at this level. I would at least like to see this be the case until the January window to see how Oviedo goes on a wing and if Garbutt is up to it, if not we could send Garbutt back on loan to learn a bit more. Especially with Oviedo still a little while away and when he is back he will need to be eased into it. I think we'd be silly to loan Garbutt out at this stage.

With Del not coming back this season we need at least one new winger, maybe even two new wingers, it would save us the money or that risk of bringing in a new player if Oviedo could make the left wing his.

From what I've seen, Oviedo looks like he can play left back, either wing, and would probably be a decent centre-attacking-mid as well. I think he scored last season when he was playing left wing, and I'm sure he'd bang in a few cutting in from right wing as well (was he playing right wing the game he got injured?) Granted that assessment is before the injury and there's no guarantee he'll be back to the same level, but if he is, I would definitely trust him in a more advanced roll, he can strike the ball very well so it makes sense to give him more shooting opportunities.

If, and its a big if, he can get back to a similar level to last season, I think he will be a very important player for us this campaign (I still blame his injury on us missing out on 4th.) Fantastic talent with an even better attitude, can't wait to see Bryan on the pitch again!

I'd give this guy games on the left wing all day. Baines left back and Oviedo infront. No reason why not. If baines ever got injured touch wood Oviedo can play there as can garbutt

Our Bryan was never that effective at LW. He was solid, but nothing more. At LB he was a revelation, that's how he got his cult status.

Baines at LW or attacking-mid.

He seems miles better at left back and the freedom afforded to him playing there in our current set up.

Problem is now that we have potentially three sound left backs. Will be interesting to see how that works out.

Atsu is left footed isn't he? And Pienaar usually plays on the left so I don't think Martinez has too many plans of shifting either Baines or Oviedo further up the pitch.

tbh he seemed better at RW than LW when he wasn't at his preferred left back position, seemed to get all confused with Baines as to who was doing which job.

He might work out better than Baines though if we go three at the back due to his younger legs and keep Baines for when we play with four at the back with his excellent relationship with Pienaar.

Most of his good play was in the final third though

He was also excellent in his defensive duties, and being offensive from a leftback position is a different discipline to being attacking coming from the inherently-attacking leftwing position.

He may yet flourish at LW, I hope so...with Pienaar's powers waning we could do with it.

I think pienaar is past it now personally
